Enjoy your days filled with feel-good yoga (beginners welcome), guided meditation, and healthy nourishing meals, freshly prepared by our on-site, professional, private chef.
Every afternoon is time for YOU.
Explore the local region by foot, the nearest beach is a 2 minute walk, or you can walk for 10 minutes to Okrug Gornji beach which has cafés, restaurants, and little shops.
Hop on the local bus or water taxi to the historical town of Trogir for some sightseeing, or just lounge by the private pool and do absolutely nothing.
The average temperature range in May is 20 - 25 degrees with 8.8 hours of sunshine per day.
Your Yoga Teacher
Hi, I'm Natalie, I am a certified yoga teacher, with 200+ hours of yoga teacher training. I am a member of the Yoga Alliance Professionals.
I graduated from Greystones Yoga Studio, Wicklow, Ireland in Ashtanga and Yin Yoga.
I have Primary Ovarian Insufficiency, meaning I entered late peri-menopause before the age of 40. This encouraged me to study 'Yoga for the Stages of Menopause' to support other women.
Using my background of over a decade of different yoga styles: Bikram, vinyasa flow, Hatha, yin, ashtanga, and restorative, I create feel-good yoga flow classes suitable for all levels, to improve flexibility, strength, muscle tone,and balance.
I will create a nurturing, open, inclusive space for real women to share, support, and learn, whilst making relaxation and nourishment top priorities.
Meet your Chef
László Orosz has over 23 years of hospitality experience working in Ireland, Spain, Croatia and Hungary.
Formally a chef in a Michelin Guide-approved restaurant in a leafy suburb of South Dublin, he was also the chef of his own restaurant, in a well-established golf resort in Tenerife.
Trusted by Bord Bia to promote Irish beef in Hungary, he was most recently hired by the IHBC to chef at the Irish Ambassador's residence in Budapest.
Laz will prepare nourishing, tasty dishes using local fresh produces for you, on your retreat.

Duration: 5 nights
Enjoy feel-good yoga, freshly prepared brunch, women's health chats, guided meditation, and afternoons to yourself, followed by a nourishing dinner and time to relax.
Check-in from 6pm onwards
*Before you check out, we will have morning yoga, brunch and yoga nidra to ensure you go home as relaxed as possible, so bear that in mind when you are booking your flights.
If you want to spend the afternoon at the beach you can leave your luggage at the villa.
