Just  30 minutes from Split airport, enjoy six days and six nights filled with feel-good yoga, guided meditation, and healthy nourishing meals freshly prepared by our on-site, private chef.

Explore the local region by foot, shuttle to the beach, or just lounge by the private pool and do absolutely nothing.

The average temperature during September is 18 - 25 degrees with 8 hours of sunshine per day.

Your Yoga Teacher

Natalie Forrester is a certified yoga teacher, and a member of the Yoga Alliance Professionals, in her second decade of practicing yoga.

 

She graduated from Greystones Yoga Studio, Wicklow, Ireland with 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training in Ashtanga and Yin Yoga.

Natalie has Primary Ovarian Insufficiency, she is in late peri-menopause before the age of 40.

 

This motivated her to complete further yoga teacher training on 'Yoga for the Stages of Menopause'.

Natalie will create a nurturing, open, inclusive space for real women to share, support, and learn, whilst making relaxation and nourishment top priorities.

Meet your Chef

László Orosz has over 22 years of hospitality experience working in Dublin, Budapest and Spain.

 

Formally a chef in a Michelin Guide approved restaurant in a leafy suburb of South Dublin, he was also chef of his own restaurant, in a well-established golf resort in Tenerife.

Laz will prepare nourishing, tasty dishes using local fresh produces for you, on your retreat.

What  & When

Sunday 18th September

As most flights are late arriving, we will welcome you on Sunday evening from 4pm with refreshments.

Monday - Friday

Five days of feel-good yoga, freshly prepared brunch, menopause chats and info, afternoons to yourself, guided mediation / gentle yoga, followed by a nourishing dinner and time to relax.

You relax, we do the rest . . . 

Late check-out

Saturday 24th September

As many return flights are on Saturday evening, we are ensuring you have a wonderful, hassle-free final day. 

Morning yoga, followed by brunch, and an early evening meal before we bring you to the airport.

You can stay in your room until you leave for the airport, so you can nap and shower before your flight if you wish.

A great option if you are coming on your own, is a Shared Room, always only two beds, you will have a new roomie for the week and perhaps a new like-minded yogi friend!

Getting there

From Budapest, the easiest, most comfortable way to get to Split is with Flix-Bus. Check the schedule out here

There are direct flights from Dublin and London to Split airport.

 

Dublin is approx a 3 hour flight, while London is approx. 2.5 hour. 

We are aware that the Ryanair flights from Dublin arrive and depart in the evening, and to ensure your comfort, we are not only including late check-out, but providing an early dinner on your day of departure.

 

After your meal, you can return to your room to relax, before we bring you to Split airport.

There are many flights from London, but when booking, please bear in mind that check-in time is 4pm and as mentioned above, on the last day, you may want to opt for a later flight as there will be an early evening meal.

Please let Natalie know your flight details so she can schedule your airport pick-up.

The Fine Print

The terms and conditions of the Women's Health Yoga Retreat Croatia 2022 bookings are as follows: check-in after 4pm Sunday 18th September 2022, late check-out on Saturday 24th September 2022 is included in the price. Complimentary transfers to and from Split airport are also included and will be available on the arrival day and departure. Transfers from Zadar airport are not included. No refund will be given for meals, classes, activities, or transfers missed (including the last day). Vegetarian meals must be requested 2 weeks before arrival via email, this is to ensure a high-quality food service. Please also notify Natalie of any allergies 4 weeks before arrival. Early bird offers are available before 17 June 2022. Deposits are refundable minus 6% (processing/admin fee) up until 17th June 2022. In the unlikely case of retreat cancellation, a full refund will be offered. Images of villa and rooms are examples of the standard to expect and are subject to change. All prices are per person.
