We will practice connecting the breathe to each movement helping us to use yoga not just for strength building, flexibility and fitness, but as a moving meditation. You shall be guided both visually and verbally through classic yoga poses at an enjoyable pace, with options to modify in a pressure-free environment. We end every class with a well deserved Savasana. Yoga improves strength, endurance, flexibility and fitness. Yoga can help us to de-stress, reduce anxiety and improve sleep quality. --- You will receive an email 30 minutes before class containing the Zoom link. Please set up your laptop / iPad / phone's camera 10 minutes before class. No essential props are needed but you may find blocks beneficial for some poses and maybe cushions and a blanket for Savasana. See you on your mat!
